The Three Horseshoes, Ton-teg in March 2009. Two way traffic outside on the main Pontypridd to Llantrisant road prior to many road changes in the area. The pub, known locally as "The Shoes" closed in 2011 and has since been converted to offices. The gallows sign gives the Welsh translation Tair Pedol. Being, officilally, the only public house within the boundaries of the village of Ton-teg, residents now have to make the short walk to the adjoining village of Llantwit Fardre and the many pubs still there.
